Matt Bell from the events and marketing team at the Queen Victoria Market spoke to the group about the Winter Night Market including details on the geo fencing technology installed to monitor visitor movements and numbers, the many activations to ensure patrons stay longer, and the speedy turnover time required to have the market ready to run as usual each Thursday post the Night Market.
